    The integrated “lock” allows you to protect your telephone against unauthorized use. Using the phone in a partner group Your BOSCH TELECOM service representative can connect your phone to other phones within your system to form a partner group. A number of functions are par- ticularly easy to use within this partner group.

During the call, you can adjust the loudspeaker volume and the handsfree sensitivity. Ending a conference You are holding a conference with two call partners. A number of functions are particularly easy to use within this partner group. A seguir detalharemos os dois sistemas utilizados pela BOSCH para envio e recebimento eletronico de informacoes: EDI convencional, BeSIS (Bosch Eletronic Supplier Interchange System), e Portal de Fornecedores. A versao do layout a ser utilizado pelo Fornecedor para o recebimento destas informacoes devera ser solicitada a area de Tecnologia da Informacao da BOSCH. O Fornecedor devera solicitar tambem a area de Tecnologia da Informacao da BOSCH, que providencie o seu cadastro dentro do diretorio de Fornecedores BOSCH (Data Center) para que a comunicacao eletronica possa ser estabelecida. 1.2.2 Sistema BeSIS (Bosch eletronic Supplier Interchange System) O Sistema BeSIS e um sistema de troca de informacoes, baseado na internet, que foi desenvolvido pela BOSCH como uma alternativa ao uso do EDI convencional. Para poder acessar o Sistema BeSIS, o Fornecedor tera que ser previamente cadastrado, onde recebera um codigo de “Usuario” e uma “Senha”, e receber as orientacoes necessarias para que possa utilizar ao maximo todos os recursos disponiveis. A responsabilidade em cadastrar o Fornecedor e orienta-lo quanto a utilizacao do sistema, e do coordenador do sistema BeSIS de cada fabrica BOSCH. No modulo “Aviso de Embarque”, o Fornecedor podera: consultar o status (em transito ou recebido) dos Avisos de Embarques (ASN) enviados para a BOSCH; realizar o Upload do Aviso de Embarque para a BOSCH; criar um Aviso de Embarque atraves de processo manual.

No modulo “Informacoes Financeiras”, o Fornecedor podera consultar o status (em aberto ou compensadas) das duplicatas a serem pagas a ele pela BOSCH. No modulo “Preferencias” o Fornecedor podera visualizar o perfil do seu usuario cadastrado no Sistema BeSIS, assim como podera alterar a qualquer momento as informacoes relativas a: email de contato, telefone comercial, senha e idioma a ser utilizado no sistema. No modulo “Informacoes” o Fornecedor tera acesso a informacoes adicionais sobre o Sistema BeSIS. Faltando 30 dias para expirar a validade da senha do usuario, o Sistema BeSIS comeca a informar a cada acesso, e de forma regressiva, o numero de dias faltantes para expirar a senha. O arquivo eletronico relativo ao Aviso de Embarque, para Notas Fiscais Modelo 1, 1A ou eletronica (NF-e), deve ser desenvolvido pelo Fornecedor respeitando-se os respectivos layouts disponibilizados pela BOSCH atraves do Portal de Fornecedores (Topico 1.2.4 deste Manual). Os arquivos eletronicos de Avisos de Embarques (ASN) deverao ser enviados para a BOSCH atraves do sistema EDI convencional ou atraves do Sistema BeSIS. Detalhes mais tecnicos e formas de transmissao dos arquivos de Avisos de Embarques serao discutidos na fase de desenvolvimento dos mesmos. 1.2.4 Portal de Fornecedores Bosch Com o objetivo de tornar mais agil e eficiente a interacao com os Fornecedores BOSCH, foi desenvolvido o Portal de Fornecedores BOSCH, para servir como um canal de comunicacao para a troca de informacoes, envio de comunicados, e integracao de sistemas entre outras facilidades. Atraves deste Portal, o Fornecedor cadastrado acessa um ambiente seguro e restrito aos usuarios da sua empresa, para o compartilhamento de informacoes relacionadas aos departamentos de Compras, Logistica, e Qualidade. Figura 1.3 Para que o Fornecedor possa ter acesso ao Portal de Fornecedores Bosch ele devera possuir um Login e uma Senha cadastrados.

O acesso ao Portal, para os Fornecedores que ainda nao o possuem, deve ser realizado inicialmente mediante solicitacao de cadastro ao seu contato do departamento de Compras, de Logistica ou de Qualidade BOSCH, que avaliara esta solicitacao e posteriormente a encaminhara para o departamento responsavel para a efetivacao do cadastro. Apos liberado e efetivado o cadastro, o sistema de cadastro do Portal de Fornecedores enviara um e-mail com as informacoes necessarias para que o acesso pelo Fornecedor possa ser realizado. Qualquer excecao a esse padrao, por quaisquer motivos, deve ser objeto de um acordo especifico. O Fornecedor checa se os pedidos recebidos estao completos, corretos e plausiveis (por exemplo: nome do Fornecedor, itens, quantidades e datas estao corretos). Se qualquer discrepancia e encontrada, o Fornecedor deve imediatamente alertar o respectivo planejador de materiais da BOSCH. Os pedidos serao considerados como plenamente aceitos (datas, quantidade e demais condicoes de compra) caso o Fornecedor nao tenha objecao a nenhum dos parametros e nao avise a BOSCH sobre a nao aceitacao dentro de dois dias uteis (48 horas) a partir do recebimento dos pedidos. A confirmacao das ordens somente e requerida em caso de nao concordancia ao pedido, ou seja, data e quantidade em especifico. 1.3.2 Acompanhamento das Ordens O Fornecedor continuamente acompanha as ordens em andamento. O Fornecedor e capaz de prover informacoes sobre o andamento dos pedidos a qualquer momento. Uma metodologia transparente de acompanhamento de pedidos deve ser assegurada. A utilizacao do Sistema BeSIS neste caso e de fundamental importancia. Se qualquer problema venha a ocorrer e tenha algum impacto sobre o cumprimento dos pedidos, o Fornecedor deve imediatamente tomar medidas corretivas. Se nao for possivel o estabelecimento de acordo, a pessoa responsavel do Fornecedor deve envolver seus superiores hierarquicos na busca por uma pronta resolucao da divergencia.

O dia da semana em que e enviado o plano de remessas BOSCH varia de planta para planta. O plano de remessas contem os proximos pedidos firmes (periodo de dias fixados e definidos por cada planta BOSCH, e para cada material), e uma previsao de consumo a medio prazo, ou seja, para os proximos meses. Tal previsao de consumo nao caracteriza a obrigatoriedade da BOSCH em confirmar os pedidos. Sua funcao e prover o Fornecedor com uma informacao sobre demanda prevista com base em nosso planejamento de vendas, possibilitando ao Fornecedor executar, por sua vez, seu proprio planejamento com relacao a recursos fisicos e humanos. 1.3.4 Gerenciamento da Introducao de Itens Novos ou em Processo de Descontinuidade Durante os periodos de introducao ou descontinuidade da compra de itens, faz-se necessario uma maior flexibilidade por parte do Fornecedor para lidar com contingencias caracteristicas desses periodos. O planejamento de capacidade deve ser coordenado com o Fornecedor caso a caso. 1.4 Controle da Performance Logistica A Robert Bosch Ltda.O IFE indica exclusivamente a entrega realizada dos materiais em relacao a data do pedido de cada item, acordada previamente com cada Fornecedor. No criterio utilizado a nota do IFE pode assumir valores iguais a 0 ou 1. 1.4.1 Forma de Calculo do IFE O calculo do IFE e feito de uma forma muito simples e representado pela seguinte equacao: A Tabela 1.1 exemplifica o criterio utilizado para o calculo da nota do IFE.
