стрелке для выкручивания/против часовой стрелке при

затягивании). Затяните крепежный болт или гайку с

помощью накидного гаечного ключа.

○ Если Ваше устройство оборудовано защитной крышкой

режущего лезвия, перед началом эксплуатации следует

проверить ее состояние и убедиться в отсутствии износа и

трещин. При обнаружении повреждений или следов износа,

необходимо заменить ее, так как она является расходным

материалом.

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ

Для головки Hitachi Brain или легированной головки Hitachi

следует

применять

только

шнуры,

рекомендованные

ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИЯ

Топливо (Рис. 20)

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ

Триммер оснащен двухтактным двигателем. Двигатель

следует эксплуатировать на топливе, смешанном с

маслом.

При заливке топлива или обращении с ним следует

обеспечить надлежащую вентиляцию.

Топливо

○ Необходимо использовать только марочный 89 октановый

неэтилированный бензин.

○ Следует использовать оригинальное двухтактное масло

или смесь в пределах от 25:1 до 50:1, соотношение см. на

бутылке масла или обратиться к дилеру фирмы Hitachi.

○ Если

оригинальное

использовать

масло

предназначенное для применения в двухтактном двигателе,

работающем на топливе, с воздушным охлаждением (марка

JASO FC GRADE OIL или ISO EGC GRADE). Не применять

смешанное масло BIA или TCW (двухтактный тип с водяным

охлаждением).

○ Не использовать многостепенное масло (10 W/30) или

отработанное масло.

○ Топливо и масло следует смешивать только в отдельном

чистом контейнере.

Сначала следует заливать только половину необходимого

количества топлива, затем добавить необходимый объем

масла. Перемешать топливно-масляную смесь (взболтать).

Добавить оставшееся топливо.

Тщательно смешать (взболтать) топливную смесь перед

заполнением топливного бака.

ПРЕДОСТЕРЕЖЕНИЕ

○ Перед заправкой необходимо отключить двигатель.

○ При заправке топливный бак следует открывать медленно,

чтобы сбросить возможное накопившееся избыточное

давление.

ОСТОРОЖНО

Перед запуском необходимо убедиться, что режущий

инструмент не заденет никакие окружающие объекты.

Установить выключатель зажигания (27) в положение ON

(«вкл»). (Рис. 21, 22)

* Несколько раз нажать на грушу для предварительной

подкачки топлива (30), чтобы топливо потекло через

баллон или обратную трубку. (При наличии) (Рис. 23, 24)

2. Нажать предохранительный рычаг (28) (при наличии),

потянуть дроссельное пусковое устройство и нажать

блокировочную кнопку (29), затем сначала медленно

отпустить

4. Быстро потянуть возвратный стартер, крепко удерживая

рычаг в руке и не позволяя ему защёлкнуться назад.

верните рычаг заслонки в положение RUN («работа»)

(открыто). Затем снова быстро потяните возвратный

стартер.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ

Если двигатель не заводится, повторить операцию 2-5 раз.

6. После запуска двигателя необходимо потянуть дроссельное

пусковое устройство для разблокировки блокировочной

кнопки. Затем позвольте двигателю разогреться в течение

2–3 минут, прежде чем прилагать к нему нагрузку.

Резка (Рис. 25, 26, 27, 28)

○ При резке двигатель должен работать со скоростью

более 6500 об/мин. Длительная эксплуатация при низком

количестве оборотов может вызвать преждевременный

износ муфты.

○ Подрезать траву следует справа налево.

○ Если вращающиеся лезвия придут в соприкосновение

с твердыми объектами в критической зоне, возможно

возникновение упора лезвия.

Может возникнуть ситуация, несущая опасность для

оператора и оборудования. Это явление получило название

упор лезвия. В результате оператор может потерять

управление устройством, что может привести к серьезным

и даже фатальным телесным повреждениям. Упор лезвием

может произойти в местах с плохой видимостью.

○ Носить ремень следует так, как показано на рисунке

(при его наличии). Лезвие вращается против часовой

стрелки, поэтому для эффективной работы рекомендуется

эксплуатировать устройство справа налево. Не подпускать

к рабочей зоне наблюдающих лиц на расстояние ближе

15 м.

Always wear a safety face shield or

goggles.

Always wear heavy, long pants, boots

and gloves. Do not wear loose clothing,

jewelry, short pants, sandals or go

barefoot. Secure hair so it is above

shoulder length.

Do not operate this tool when you are

tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol,

drugs or medication.

Never let a child or inexperienced person

operate the machine.

Wear hearing protection.

Never start or run the engine inside a

closed room or building. Breathing

exhaust fumes can kill.

Keep handles free of oil and fuel.

Keep hands away from cutting

equipment.

Do not grab or hold the unit by the cutting

equipment.

When the unit is turned off, make sure

the cutting attachment has stopped

before the unit is set down.

When operation is prolonged, take a

break from time to time so that you may

avoid possible whitefinger disease which

is caused by vibration.

Inspect the entire unit/machine before

each use. Replace damaged parts.

Check for fuel leaks and make sure all

fasteners are in place and securely

tightened.

Replace parts that are cracked, chipped

or damaged in any way before using the

unit/machine.

Make sure the safety guard is properly

attached.

Keep others away when making

carburetor adjustments.

Use only accessories as recommended

for this unit/machine by the manufacturer.

Move at least 3 m away from fueling site

before starting engine.

Stop engine before removing fuel cap.

Empty the fuel tank before storing the

unit/machine. It is recommended that the

fuel be emptied after each use. If fuel is

left in the tank, store so fuel will not leak.

Store unit/machine and fuel in area

where fuel vapors cannot reach sparks or

open flames from water heaters, electric

motors or switches, furnaces. etc.

Mix and pour fuel outdoors and where

there are no sparks or flames.

Use a container approved for fuel.

Do not smoke or allow smoking near fuel

or the unit/machine or while using the

unit/machine.

Wipe up all fuel spills before starting

engine.

hands.

Keep firm footing and balance. Do not

over-reach.

Keep all parts of your body away from

the muffler and cutting attachment when

the engine is running.

Keep cutting attachment below waist

level.

Disconnect the spark plug before

performing maintenance except for

carburetor adjustments.

Allow the engine to cool, empty the fuel

tank, and secure the unit/machine before

storing or transporting in a vehicle.
