General information General information ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATIONS If the combine is equipped with a maize picker head or folding cutterbar, the regulations and IMPORTANT: Road traffic regulations may vary requirements of the machine’s General Operating between countries. General information When ordering spare parts and requesting technical information concerning the engine, mounted imple- ments, the cutterbar or maize picker head, always specify the respective serial numbers. This is necessary to prevent incorrect spare parts deliveries. Identification plate The identification plate of the machine is located on the right-hand side on the operator’s platform. -

(Fig. 5) Identification plate of folding cutterbar The identification plate showing the serial number of the folding cutterbar is attached on the left-hand side of the cutterbar back panel. -

General information Serial number of maize head stalk chopper The serial number of the stalk chopper is stamped on the back of the chopper plate towards the right. (Fig. 9) Straw chopper The chopper serial number is stamped on the left-hand chopper side plate. -

А тормозок останавливает первичный вал?Бывает что на барабанчике тормозка все шлицы обрывает и он не останавливает первичный вал при выжиме сцепления.Вы не в той теме вопрос свой задали.Есть тема по комбайнам…

Я с Вами не согласен,мне когда нужен был каталог на комбайн 50 или 100 грн ето ,не большые деньги,но я рад был за помощь.так как при ремонте помогло! Есть всегда право выбора,хочешь покупаешь,хочешь нет!

Здравствуйте комбайнеры Мега.
Я новичок есть комбайн Мега 204. Можете помочь по регулировкам и измениниям данного комбайна при уборки кукурузы на зерно . Многие комбайнеры сказали что кроме жатки кукурузной не чего не надо только насторйки решето и оборот барабана. Но в руководстве по эксплуатации написано что нужно менять сегмент входного подбарабанья (Деки) . Раскажите пожалуйста про ваш случаии какие измения настройки вы делаете при уборки кукурузы на зерно. Зерноуборочный комбайн Claas Mega 208 — сельскохозяйственная колесная машина, предназначенная для выполнения сразу нескольких операций. Таких как срезание колосьев, выбивание зерен из колосьев и с помощью струи воздуха очищение зерен. Для этого может быть использована жатка валковая. Комбайн — это одна из важнейших сельскохозяйственных машин, а именно комбайн Claas Mega 208 во всех своих модернизациях и возможностями становится просто незаменимым. Как альтернатива ему может рассматриваться комбайн Полесье КЗС 1218.

Устройство зерноуборочного комбайна Класс Мега 208
На него установлен дизельный шестицилиндровый двигатель, гидростатическая трансмиссия, молотильное устройство (APS). Молотильное устройство состоит из барабана-ускорителя с подбарабаньем, основного молотильного барабана диаметром 450 мм и реверсивного барабана, который подает массу на соломотряс.
Сверху клавишного соломотряса размещены 2 ряда зубовых ворошителей, которые ускоряют процесс сепарации.
Система очистки оснащена 3-D устройством, позволяющим работать на склонах до 20°. Помимо обычных движений, верхнее решето совершает боковые движения, направленные в сторону против склона.
Совместно с этой моделью догпустимо использование вспомогательных машин, например, таких как минитрактор Dongfeng DF 244.
