13 Troubleshooting The Smart Baby Monitor does not start. Make sure the power supply unit is plugged into a wall socket and connected to the back of the Smart Baby Monitor. Молодых родителей выручает не только старшее поколение, но и многочисленные технологические достижения. Сегодня мы поговорим о видеонянях, а точнее о «детище» компании Withings.
Smart Baby Monitor — интеллектуальное устройство, которое отслеживает ряд показателей, связанных с местонахождением и самочувствием малыша. В традиционном понимании видеоняня — система видеонаблюдения за ребенком, которая фиксирует положение ребенка в реальном времени. Baby Monitor поднимает понятие наблюдения за ребенком на новый уровень.
Smart Baby Monitor был разработан специально для продуктов компании Apple и синхронизируется с ними, с помощью Wi-Fi и Bluetooth соединений.
Подобный способ связи снимает территориальное ограничение, которое накладывают на родителя большинство аналогов. Достаточно единожды настроить связь между яблочным гаджетом и видеоняней и связь с малышом будет доступна из любой точки земного шара. Передача данный по Bluetooth каналу также не будет лишней, так как в нашем мире еще осталось множество мест, где интернет работает с жуткими перебоями или не ловит сеть вовсе. Кстати, зона охвата в этом случае может достигать до 50 метров.

Комплектация и внешний вид
Smart Baby Monitor попадает в руки пользователя в симпатичной картонной коробке, выполненной в стиле близком к концепции Apple.
Внутри нас ожидает: небольшая инструкция, само устройство, сетевое зарядное устройство, транспортировочный чехол и дополнительный крепеж, который будет актуален если потребуется разместить гаджет на бортике детской кроватки.
Представители компании рекомендуют размешать устройство на расстоянии, которое превышает полметра. Подобные меры позволяют соблюдать элементарные правила безопасности при работе с Wi-Fi устройствами.
Более того, чем дальше мы размешаем видеоняню — тем большим обзор захватывает камера, что очень удобно при наблюдении за подросшими детьми, которые имеют свойство молниеносно перемещаться из пункта А в пункт Б.
Основные разъемы обосновались с задней стороны прибора: порт для подключения зарядного устройства и разъем для кабеля для соединения по локальной сети. Внизу под белой крышкой надежно спрятался аккумулятор.
Вообще конструкция Smart Baby Monitor создает ощущение стабильности. Монолитный гладкий корпус, округлая форма, надежные крепления, качество используемых в отделке материалов — все это располагает к доверию и прекрасно дополняет имеющиеся дома i-гаджеты.
Первое включение и настройка
Для синхронизации видеоняни с iPhone/iPad потребуется скачать бесплатное приложение из App Store, с говорящим названием WithBaby.
При первом подключении необходимо синхронизировать устройство с i-гаджетом с помощью Bluetooth:
1. Включите няню — устройство войдет в режим поиска: лампочка на задней панели начнет мигать.
2. Затем активируйте Bluetooth на вашем смартфоне/планшете (Настройки->Bluetooth->Переведите рычаг в положение «вкл») и выберете Smart Baby Monitor (аббревиатура SBM)
3. Запустите приложение WithBaby и в разделе «Настройки» создайте новую учетную запись (привязывается к адресу электронной почты).
После чего можно заполнить детский профиль (Имя, возраст, фото) и установить пороги для датчиков видеоняни (превышение температурного режима и чувствительность к звуку).
При настройке звуковых уведомлений необходимо понимать, что устройство очень чутко реагирует на любые звуки, которые возможно зафиксировать в помещении. Если вы не хотите отвлекаться на любое шубуршение или песни соседских котов под окнами, то стоит проверить звуковой порог опытным путем. Управление чувствительностью датчиков визуализировано с помощью ползунков, что позволяет легко подобрать оптимальный уровень шума. Также звук можно ограничить временными рамками, например, устройство подаст сигнал только если шум в комнате продолжается более 2 минут.
Кроме непосредственного наблюдения за ребенком в любое время суток Smart Baby Monitor получил множество полезных для родителей функций.
Измерение температуры и влажности поможет быстро создать оптимальные условия для отдыха, игр или спортивных занятий.
Ночник поможет малышам, которые боятся темноты. Многообразие приглушенных тонов не только отвлечет, но успокоит маленького человечка. Мягкий рассеянный свет не раздражает глаз и действует умиротворяющее. Есть возможность выбора определенного тона или же активация режима «радуги», которая представляет собой плавный переход от одного цвета к другому в течении установленного пользователем времени.
Встроенные колыбельные способны подарить сладкие сны даже самым непоседливым исследователям. Они также могут стать неотъемлемой частью ежедневного ритуала отхода ко сну. Более того, можно установить таймер по истечению которого мелодия перестанет играть.
Режим обратной связи позволяет не только видеть своего малыша, но и подбодрить его при необходимости. Достаточно нажать кнопку с изображением микрофона и ребенок тут же услышит ласковый родительский голос.

Недостатки Smart Baby Monitor
К недостаткам Smart Baby Monitor можно отнести небольшую задержку (1-2 секунды) при работе видеокамеры. В случае перебоев со связью возможна кратковременная потеря синхронизации, которая впрочем быстро восстанавливается дистанционным путем.
