    Troubleshooting: General Fault Isolation Visual Inspection A visual inspection of the equipment can detect disconnected cables, debris on circuit boards, missing hardware, and loose components. These could cause symptoms, and equipment failures. NOTE Perform the visual checks before starting any troubleshooting procedures.

    Maintenance: Preparing System for FRU Replacement Reworking the Power Supply (Class II to Class I) The MAC600 Class II Power Supply (PS) FRU P/N 2047328-001 is obsolete. The new power supply is qualified as Class I and the P/N is 2047328-002.

    ACQUIRING AN ECG Connect the patient lead to the MAC 600 ECG system. Power on the device. Press the ‘F1’ key to access the patient details screen. Enter your patient’s details using the keypad and arrow pad. To confirm the details, press the white circle which is located in the centre of the arrow pad.

    To check the quality of your ECG, use the trace indicator which is located in the top right of the screen. Note: Green symbolises good connectivity with the patient. Orange and Red indicates interference and/or possible lead disconnections. To capture your ECG trace press the ‘ECG acquisition’…

    Open the patient’s medical record in your clinical system. Note: InPS Vision hosted and AEROS sites must ensure that Numed Enterprise Link software is running on the remote desktop. Double click the I icon, this is usually found on your taskbar or desktop.

    Select ‘ECG’ from the product selection screen – if you have more than one ECG system you may need to select ‘MAC PDF filer’. If requested, confirm the patient’s details are correct then click ‘Yes’. You will then be presented with a list of ECGs that are ready to be uploaded to the patient’s medical record.

Преимущества прибора ЭКГ MAC 600:

Вес. Электрокардиограф MAC 600 имеет массу 1200 граммов и это один из лучших показателей среди ЭКГ, а поскольку он портативен, такой вес значительно упрощает его перемещение и работу с ним.

Экран. Имеет предельную четкость изображения, что позволяет не выводить данные на печать. Это обстоятельство экономит и сокращает время, затраченное на прием пациента и бумагу термопринтера, а значить расходы на проведение диагностики. Монитор показывает до 12 отведений, в отличной четкости, без распечатки.

Качество сигнала. Гарантируется программой Хукап Адвизор, которая стабилизирует и усиливает сигнал, что дает возможность снять электрокардиограмму с первой попытки. Здесь так же заложено сокращение времени приема пациента.

Карта памяти. Прибор имеет СД стандартного формата, которая может работать с любым современным компьютером, а значит вы всегда можете иметь доступ к данным ЭКГ, сохраненным на карте, а также распечатать их.

Батарея. Аккумулятор электрокардиографа рассчитан на 240 -250 снятий ЭКГ, что соответствует примерно 2,5-3 часам непрерывной работы, естественно без подзарядки.

Софт. Электрокардиограф MAC 600 GE Healthcare, возможность подключения к системе Кардиософт ИСиДжи Вьювер, при котором превращается в систему хранения и работы с ЭКГ-данными, с доступом к базе данных, хранящей десятки тысяч ЭКГ. Также имеется софт Маркетт 12 СЛ, который анализирует ЭКГ и подтверждает диагностическую достоверность.

Технические характеристики MAC 600:

 MAC 600 — автоматический электрокардиограф, оснащенный микропроцессором и кабелем на 10 отведений, обеспечивает регистрацию ЭКГ одновременно в 12 отведениях и программируемую конфигурацию отведений.

  • Режим получения ЭКГ: Перед сбором данных или после сбора данных, получение  ЭКГ происходит мгновенно в  течение 10 секунд.
  • Динамический диапазон: Дифференциал переменного тока ± 5 мВ, сдвиг постоянной составляющей тока ±300 мВ  
  • Разрешение: 4,88 μВ на младший значащий бит при цифровой частоте 500 точек в секунду 
  • Частотная неравномерность –3 дБ при частоте от 0,01 до 150 Гц 
  • Нижняя частота среза: 0,01 Гц, 0,02 Гц, 0,16 Гц или 0,32 Гц (ограничения -3 дБ) 
  • Верхняя частота среза: Возможность перенастройки на частоты: 20 Гц, 40 Гц, 100 Гц или 150 Гц 
  • Адаптивный фильтр переменного тока: 47–53 Гц при установленной частоте 50 Гц, 57–63 Гц при  установленной частоте 60 Гц
  • Подавление синфазного сигнала: >100 дБ (при включенном фильтре переменного тока) 
  • Входной импеданс: >10 MОм Ωпри частоте 10 Гц, с защитой от воздействия дефибриллятора 
  • Ток утечки на пациента: <10 μA 
  • Специальные функции сбора данных: Определение отключенного отведения, избыточный шум в переменном напряжении, сообщения о колебаниях  изолинии и мышечном треморе
  • Измерение частоты сердечных сокращений: 30–300 уд./мин ±10% или ±5 уд./мин (большее из значений). ЧСС вне этого диапазона на экран не выводится 
  • Время запуска: Менее 7 секунд

  • Поддерживаемая информация о пациенте: ID пациента, вторичный ID, возраст, дата рождения, пол. Ввод буквенно-цифрового ID пациента и вторичного ID в режиме T9.
