Losyon.
120 g’lık polietilen tüp içerisinde, beyaz renkli, bergamot
kokulu, viskoz olan ve
çalkalandığında homojen hale geçen losyon.
4. KLİNİK ÖZELLİKLER
4.1. TERAPÖTIK ENDIKASYONLAR
OVADRİL böcek sokması, basit cilt tahrişlerine bağlı kaşıntı
ve ağrının geçici olarak
giderilmesinde kullanılır.
4.2. POZOLOJI VE UYGULAMA ŞEKLI
POZOLOJI/UYGULAMA SIKLIĞI VE SÜRESI:
Doktor tarafından önerildiği biçimde kullanılır, ilgili bölgeye
günde 3 – 4 kez avuç içerisine
yeterli miktarda alınıp problemli bölgeye uygulanır.
İstenildiğinde sürüldüğü yerden su ile
yıkanarak kolayca çıkar.
OVADRİL, lidokain içermektedir. Bir seferde uygulanan lidokain dozu
250 mg’ı aşmamalıdır.
Günlük 35-40 g (1000 mg lidokaine eşdeğer) OVADRİL dozu
aşılmamalıdır. Çok geniş
yüzeye, çok sık uygulama ile hipersensitivite ortaya
çıkabileceğinden bu şekilde kullanılması
önerilmez.

Topikal kullanım içindir.
Kullanmadan önce tüp çalkalanmalıdır.
ÖZEL POPÜLASYONLARA ILIŞKIN EK BILGILER:
BÖBREK YETMEZLIĞI:
Hafif ile orta dereceli böbrek yetmezliği olan hastalarda
kullanırken dikkatli olunmalıdır.
KARACIĞER YETMEZLIĞI:
Hafif ile orta dereceli karaciğer yetmezliği olan hastalarda
kullanırken dikkatli olunmalıdır.
Lidokain karaciğerde metabolize olduğundan, karaciğer fonksiyon
bozukluğu olan hastalarda
lidokainin yarı ömrü uzayabilir. Şiddetli karaciğer
yetmezliğinde ilacın daha küçük alanlara
uygulanması düşünülebilir.
PEDIATRIK POPÜLASYON:
2 yaşından büyük çocuklarda kullanılır.
