• AIR PURGE SYSTEM — это новая эксклюзивная функция BRAIN BEE, что позволяет оператору сознательно управлять сбросом неконденсируемых газов, заменяя традиционныю ручную проверку проведенную с использованием манометра.

ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВО: С помощью специального программного обеспечения, сброс неконденсируемых газов предлогается только тогда, когда на самом деле это требуется. Оператор всегда может решить, когда осуществить сброс для выполнения операции, всегда сохраняя полный контроль над станцией.

• SUPER CHARGE оценивает работу станции для получения результата, достигаемого в других случаях только при нагревании сосудов. Причём результат будет несравнимо лучше!

ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВО: при любых климатических условиях, регенерация хладагента из транспортного средства является идеальной и всегда гарантированна.
При следующей зарядке, следовательно, будет занимать меньше времени, не требует никаких дополнительных сервисных функций, и тем самым привести к снижению энергопотребления.

• Благодаря функции OIL CLEAN, MULTIGAS 8500 PLUS может сделать восстановление в конечной фазе слива масла, что позволяет экономить газ (как правило,используются традиционные технологии для облегчения слива масла).

• HPV — высокая производительность вакуумного насоса, обеспечивая высокую производительность.Даже в сравнении с насосами большей емкости, HPV насос по-прежнему лидер: как в первый день заправки (“холостом” состоянии), а в случае перекачки масла уже “дегазированной”, что очень характерно для А/С станций, которые были запущены в течение нескольких минут, HPV насос достигает максимального уровня вакуума быстрее (на 4 минуты раньше, чем насосы двойной мощности). Кроме того, после первых 20 минут вакуумирования, он достигнет нижнего уровня вакуума, обеспечивая тем самым повышение операционной эффективности.

ПРЕИМУЩЕСТВО: HPV насос может достичь лучшего уровня вакуума быстрее, обеспечивая производительность и эффективность при восстановлении хладагента из транспортного средства.

• LONG LIFE PUMP (патент) это специальная функция, которая позволяет увеличить до 1000 часов среднюю продолжительность работы маслянного насоса используемого на станции. Активируется, когда станция не используется, запускает автоматическое выполнение цикла восстановления масла, которое становится очищенным, и продлевает срок эксплуатации, сокращая эксплуатационные расходы.

The tool has not to be used in explosion risk environments (potentially explosive atmospheres). Before using it, put the tool on a levelled plane and secure position, blocking it with suitable wheel stops.

  Mixed gases have to be disposed of according to the current regulations. Never use MULTIGAS 8500 PLUS equipment with systems containing compressed air, mixtures of R134a or R1234yf with air or oxygen may be potentially flammable.

It also displays the service equipment’s status, the progress of A/C system service and any alarms and error messages.
