На каждом наушнике Indy Evo есть датчики касания. Коробка выдержана в фирменном стиле компании. На ней нас акцентируют на 30 суммарных часах работы, наличии защиты от влаги и пыли и поддержке системы поиска устройств Tile.
Внутри я нашел небольшой буклет с описанием всех возможных режимов работы, мануал, короткий Type C кабель, два набора ушных фиксаторов разного размера и три пары силиконовых насадок с подрезанным сердечником.
Вот здесь есть нюанс. В силу особенности посадки данного класса наушников, комплектные амбушюры не обеспечивали мне вообще никакой звукоизоляции. То есть абсолютно. Пришлось покопаться в закромах, где я и нашел вот такие широкие белые насадки.
С ними стало гораздо лучше.
Дизайн/Эргономика
Кейс тут матовый, приятный на ощупь. По габаритам весьма скромный, так что в карман помещается без каких-либо проблем. Из функциональных элементов на нем 4 индикаторных светодиода и зарядный Type C порт.
Петля здесь очень годная, в качестве антистресса щелкать одно удовольствие.
Внутри наушники располагаются навстречу друг другу. Это вроде и достоинство, так как много какие амбушюры должны уместиться в углублении, однако со сторонними насадками крышка сама до конца не закрывается. Приходится дожимать ее каждый раз вручную. Что тоже минус.
По аккумуляторам никакой информации нет вообще. Известно только, что кейс способен до 4 раз полностью перезарядить наушники. С учетом около 6 часов работы на одном заряде, это обеспечивает до 24 часов прослушивания музыки.
Сами чашечки выполнены из матового пластика двух цветов. Внутренняя часть (серого цвета) содержит на себе лишь вытянутый такой звуковод. С выступом для удержания амбушюр и защитной матерчатой сеточкой.
Компенсационное отверстие для 6 мм. динамика вынесли на боковую грань, рядом с индикаторным светодиодом и отверстием для разговорного микрофона. Качеством которого, на мой взгляд, вполне сносное.
Управление тут сенсорное. Датчик срабатывает моментально, но особых проблем с этим связанных я не испытал. В основном благодаря продуманной системе управления. Для паузы надо два раза прикоснуться к сенсору. Один тап меняет громкость, а три раза — активируют голосового ассистента. На этом удобства заканчиваются. Остальные же режимы требуют некоторой сноровки и памяти. Так, для переключения треков вперед-назад нужно коснуться и удержать палец на сенсоре на две секунды. Если коснуться два раза и на второй раз удержать палец, то включится режим звуковой прозрачности важный, например, для велосипедистов. Ну и переключение пресетов эквалайзера требует три касания и удержания на последнем. Все это вроде и несложно, но как-то запутывает.
Для удобства ношения к каждому наушнику предусмотрели специальные фиксаторы в ухо. В моем случае это скорее мешает, поэтому большую часть времени я вообще их не использовал. Благо и без них наушники смотрятся очень даже неплохо.
AptX и AAC кодеков здесь, на удивление, нет. Только самый базовый SBC. Что несколько настораживает. Задержки минимальные. На из влечение из уха модель никак не реагирует. Уровень громкости, на мой взгляд, довольно средний. А вот это уже удивительно, поскольку в Sesh Evo запаса было с головой, а тут лишь пара-тройка делений. Зато вот стабильность сигнала на все том же высочайшем уровне. За все время использования у меня ни разу не было заиканий или каких-то прерываний.
Измерения
Измерения показали импульс чуть выше среднего, искажения в пике достигающие 0.8% на всем частотном диапазоне и вполне приемлемые расхождения между левым и правым каналом.
Фаза здесь превосходная, а затухания на 30 и 60 Дб. составляют где-то 65 и 90 мс.
Проверил сигнал и в режиме звуковой прозрачности. Никаких влияний на АЧХ наушников данный параметр не оказывает. Тестировал, конечно, в тихом помещении для чистоты эксперимента.
Встроенный эквалайзер в пресете «подкасты» срезает нижнюю часть спектра, а в режиме «кино» чуть сильнее акцентирует область разборчивости. Собственно, тут все ровно так, как это было в Sesh Evo.
А вот сама АЧХ у этих моделей заметно разнится. Как видим, Sesh басовитее, с чуть более выраженной областью разборчивости и менее акцентированным пиком на 9 кГц. Для чего сделано последнее мне, в принципе, понятно. У Sesh Evo мы имели AAC кодек с куда более высоким уровнем детализации. В Indy Evo же лишь SBC, следовательно понадобится усиление этого параметра. А проще всего это сделать большим акцентом на 9 кГц. То есть все вполне оправдано и логично.
Сильнее всего здесь выделяется бас (где-то на 13 Дб.), который плавно переходит в компенсационную яму. Ну чтобы убрать всякие свистящие и режущие звуки, а также избежать появления сибилянтов.
Звук
По звучанию же Indy Evo мне очень сильно напомнили Sesh Evo. Думаю, в обоих моделях используется один и тот же динамический 6 мм. драйвер. Но в силу посадки и особенностей конструкции, Indy кажутся заметно светлее. Баса у них очевидно меньше, да и проработка чуть слабее, чем у Sesh. Что неудивительно, все-таки SBC против AAC кодека. С другой стороны, звучание у Indy более естественное и открытое, некоторым это понравится значительно больше. Хотя тут уже вопрос вкусов и приоритетов.
Тем, кто любит хороший массивный бас лучше обратить свое внимание на Sesh. У Indy эта чать диапазона присутствует, но ровно так чтобы чисто обозначить себя. Основной же акцент делается на так называемый мид-бас, она же нижняя часть средних частот. Отчего музыка наливается такой приятной легкостью, а между инструментами появляется дополнительный воздух. То есть у Sesh впереди была нижняя половина спектра, а верхняя отводилась на второй план, а тут ровно до наоборот. Басы звучат где-то далеко и приглушенно, а яркость и пространство выводятся вперед. С точки зрения утомляемости Sesh комфортнее, а с точки зрения информативности лидируют Indy. Вот так на балансе частот можно ловко переиграть звучание, сохранив при этом его общий характер.
С точки зрения стилистики сразу отпадает все то, где нужен хороший мощный бас. Скоростные и мультиинструментальные жанры тоже мимо, здесь нас ограничивает имеющийся кодек. Это скорее выбор любителя популярной и инструментальной музыки. Звуковая картина тут строится насыщенная, немного теплая, с крупными сочными образами и акцентированием внимания на вокальных партиях. Тех кто любит линейное мониторное звучание такая подача скорее всего не оставит равнодушным. Причем ни сухости, ни отстраненности здесь нет. Скорее наоборот, играют ушки очень эмоционально и завлекающе. Я бы их отнес к музыкальным и воздушным. Сцена кажется ну очень широкой, хотя какого-то приближения в звучании я лично не замечал. Все вроде бы как на своих местах.
Высокими нас тоже не обидели, они ощущаются массивными, чуть размытыми, но вполне цельными. Звучит все очень весело и сбалансировано. Лично мне, конечно, не хватило массы и глубины низких частот. Отчего немного страдает грубый мужской вокал и инструменты, которые черпают свой базис из баса. Зато дальше все просто шикарно, чистое такое жирное тело и очень широкое пространство. Сравнивать эти наушники с чем-то другим не имеет смысла. Внутриканалки обычно делают с уклоном на бас, чего здесь попросту нет, а вкладыши имеют совсем иную конструкцию, а значит с любой стороны это будет некорректно. Такие получились интересные и довольно самобытные ушки.
Выводы
Итогом, беспроводные наушники Skullcandy Indy Evo могут похвастаться наличием защиты по стандарту IP55, шестью часами работы на одном заряде, режимом звуковой прозрачности, популярным форм-фактором и приятным таким светлым звучанием с хорошей передачей эмоций и комфортными насыщенными тембрами. К минусам я бы отнес комплектные амбушюры, которые мне совсем не подошли и отсутствие ну хотя бы AAC кодека. Технически Indy однозначно слабее Sesh, но при одинаковом излучателе производителю удалось поймать совсем другой акцент и перестроить весь баланс звучания. Сместив его в сторону высоких частот. Причем сохраняя плотность и музыкальность, но значительно раздвинув сцену и наполнив ее воздухом. Очень любопытные получились ушки с тюнингом под весьма привередливое ухо.
