ОБЩАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ ПО БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ
Перед использованием убедитесь, что динамометрический ключ не поврежден и не утерян ни одна его часть. Используйте защитные перчатки, очки и маску. После введения вращающегося инструмента проверьте, правильно ли он удерживается, легким вращательным движением. Не прикасайтесь к вращающемуся инструменту во время работы.
Если нажать кнопку во время работы инструмента, оправка может выйти из своего положения. Практикующему врачу рекомендуется протестировать динамометрический ключ перед его использованием на пациенте, чтобы проверить правильность функционирования.В случае видимой неисправности или повреждения немедленно прекратите использование прибора и сообщите об этом официальному дистрибьютору или производителю.В случае возникновения каких-либо вопросов по оборудованию обращайтесь либо к официальному дистрибьютору, либо к производителю.

ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕ ДИНАМОМЕТРИЧЕСКОГО КЛЮЧА
Динамометрический ключ поставляется несмазанным и нестерилизованным. Перед первым использованием динамометрический ключ необходимо смазать и простерилизовать. (См. «Гигиена и техническое обслуживание» §.). Перед использованием убедитесь, что динамометрический ключ не поврежден и не утерян ни одна его часть.

Используйте только растворы моющих или дезинфицирующих средств с нейтральным или слабощелочным рН. Крайне не рекомендуется использовать продукты, которые могут фиксировать Х-белки в единице (например, спирт, альдегиды…). Не используйте гипохлорит натрия (отбеливатель): существует высокий риск коррозии.
Внешняя чистка
Динамометрический ключ можно чистить щеткой под проточной водой. Внешняя дезинфекция с помощью спрея или салфетки, пропитанной дезинфицирующими средствами с микробиологическим контролем (рН 2.5-9). В любом случае важно следить за временем реакции используемого дезинфицирующего средства.Не используйте дезинфицирующие средства, содержащие щелочь и хлор.
Не погружайте динамометрический ключ в раствор дезинфицирующего средства или в контейнер для ультразвука.
6.2. Смазка
Это следует делать перед первым использованием и перед каждой стерилизацией. Хранить вдали от любого источника тепла или воспламенения. В частности, не курите!
Носите защитную маску для лица.
– Наденьте на баллончик распылитель турбинного типа (P/N 1933X).
– Вставьте сопло аэрозольного баллончика в отверстие, расположенное на задней стороне динамометрического ключа.
– Удерживать сопло аэрозольного баллончика напротив динамометрического ключа до тех пор, пока давление снова не упадет. Испаряйте в течение 1-2 секунд. Масло проходит по всему инструменту, действуя как очищающее средство и смазка. Перед каждой стерилизацией проводится смазывание с помощью аэрозольного баллончика.

Мы настоятельно рекомендуем использовать стерилизатор класса B. Следует избегать любого другого метода стерилизации. Прочтите брошюру с инструкциями, предоставленную производителем стерилизатора. Соблюдайте указанное расстояние между пакетами и не перегружайте стерилизатор.
– Стерилизуйте только те инструменты, которые предварительно были продезинфицированы, очищены, смазаны и протестированы.
– Перед стерилизацией снимите вращающийся инструмент с динамометрического ключа. (См. §5.1)
– Убедитесь, что устройство не имеет участков коррозии или трещин, и проверьте его работоспособность. Убедитесь, что изделие сухое; при необходимости высушите оставшуюся воду сжатым воздухом медицинского качества.
– Используйте стерилизационные пакеты, подходящие для динамометрического ключа и стерилизатора. Всегда используйте один динамометрический ключ на один пакет.
– Во избежание задержки воды поместите пакет в стерилизатор таким образом, чтобы вогнутые части были обращены вниз.
– Если стерилизатор имеет несколько типов циклов, выберите цикл, предназначенный для медицинских устройств (минимум 135°C при 2.13 бар (275°F при 30.88 фунт/кв. дюйм) в течение 18 минут).
– После каждого цикла стерилизации проверяйте, чтобы внутри и снаружи упаковки не осталось воды.
Убедитесь, что индикатор потока изменился на правильный цвет.
– Держите устройства в пакетах для стерилизации вдали от света, влаги и любых загрязнений. Следуйте рекомендациям производителя, указанным на упаковке. – Срок хранения изделия после стерилизации не должен превышать 1 месяца. Пометьте устройства, указав срок годности. По истечении срока годности повторить процедуру очистки и стерилизации.
КАЛИБРОВКА
Для поддержания точности значений крутящего момента рекомендуется возвращать динамометрический ключ для калибровки каждые 2,000 применений или каждые 2 года.
РЕМОНТ
В случае поломки обратитесь к официальному дистрибьютору или непосредственно в отдел послепродажного обслуживания Anthogyr.Все ремонтные работы должны выполняться с использованием деталей и узлов, одобренных производителем.
Ремонт должен выполняться только авторизованным дистрибьютором или отделом послепродажного обслуживания на заводе.
Для обслуживания или ремонта оборудование должно быть возвращено в целости и стерильности в отдел послепродажного обслуживания. Оборудование должно быть отправлено вместе с документом, в котором указывается проблема, а также полное имя и адрес стоматолога.
Для рассмотрения каких-либо претензий по гарантии просим приложить копию счета-фактуры или товарно-транспортной накладной вместе с оборудованием. Для каждого обслуживания или ремонта отправьте полный комплект динамометрического ключа. Запасные части доступны в течение 7 лет после прекращения продаж модели.
ГАРАНТИИ
На этот MD распространяется гарантия на детали и работы от всех производственных дефектов в течение 12 месяцев с даты выставления счета.
Эта гарантия не распространяется на быстроизнашивающиеся детали.
Любые изменения или дополнения к продукту без явного согласия Anthogyr делают эту гарантию недействительной.
Гарантия становится недействительной, если не соблюдаются технические инструкции.
Anthogyr не несет ответственности за ущерб, возникший в результате или который мог бы возникнуть в результате нормального износа, использования, очистки или неправильного обслуживания, несоблюдения инструкций по эксплуатации или подключению, образования накипи или коррозии, загрязнений в системе водоснабжения или необычных химических или электрических влияние или несоблюдение инструкций, инструкций по техническому обслуживанию и сборке Anthogyr и других инструкций производителя.

SETUP
To avoid premature wear of the pressure switch,
never use more than 7.6 m (25 ft) of 1/4 in. ID outlet
hose. When longer outlet hose is needed, use 3/8
in. ID hose at a maximum of 30 m (100 ft) long. Nev-
er use 1/4 in. ID and 3/8 in. ID hose together.
See ACCESSORIES, page 17, for ordering optional
hoses.
CAUTION
WARNING
Never remove the grounding pin of the power sup-
ply cord plug. Be sure the outlet is properly
grounded. In the event of an electrical short circuit,
grounding reduces the risk of an electric shock by
providing an escape wire for the electric current.
Inspect the power supply cord and extension cord
before each use. Be sure they are in good condition
and have undamaged three-pin plugs. Replace
immediately if either cord is worn or damaged.
1. Assemble the system as shown in Fig 2, following the
notes on the drawing.
2. Prepare the paint according to the manufacturer’s
recommendations. Remove any skin from the top of
the paint. Strain the paint. Thin the paint as needed.
3. Be sure the electrical service is properly rated for
your sprayer and that the outlet you use is properly
grounded. Install an appropriate plug on the power
supply cord, according to your local electrical code.
Do not use an adapter. All extension cords must have
three wires. Use the chart below for selecting the ap-
propriate wire gauge for the extension cord.
