End-User License Agreement for the Software
The following is a legal agreement between you and i-PRO Co., Ltd. (“i-PRO”). Carefully read all the terms and conditions of this Agreement prior to downloading the SOFTWARE. Downloading the SOFTWARE indicates your acceptance of these terms and
conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do NOT download the SOFTWARE.The SOFTWARE is to be downloaded for exclusive use with i-PRO encoder/decoder product (the «Product») to develop your system product that utilizes the
Product.
Article 1 Intellectual Property Rights:
You acknowledge that you are receiving only a limited license to use the SOFTWARE, and that you shall obtain no title, ownership nor any other rights in or to the SOFTWARE, all and any portion of which title and rights shall remain with i-PRO and/or
its licensor.
Article 2 License and Restrictions:
You have the non-exclusive right to use the SOFTWARE to develop your system product that utilizes the Product. Except as provided herein, you may not (a) use, copy and/or transfer the SOFTWARE to any third party apart from the Product, (b) modify
the SOFTWARE or (c) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the SOFTWARE.
Article 3 Terms:
This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying the SOFTWARE and related documentation and all copies thereof. This license will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition
of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the SOFTWARE and related documentation and all copies thereof.
Article 4 Warranty:
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED «AS IS» WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, NEITHER i-PRO NOR ITS LICENSOR MAKES OR PASSES ON TO YOU OR OTHER THIRD PARTY, ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, NEITHER i-PRO NOR ITS LICENSOR WARRANTS THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. NEITHER i-PRO NOR
ITS LICENSOR SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE SUFFERED BY YOU, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGESFOR LOSS OF

TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF i-PRO OR ITS LICENSOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Article 5 No Assignment:
You shall not assign or transfer its rights or delegate its performance under this Agreement without the prior written consent of i-PRO, and any such assignment, transfer or delegation without such consent shall be void.
Article 6 MPEG-4 Visual Patent Portfolio License:
When using the SOFTWARE, you shall acknowledge that the Product is licensed under the MPEG-4 Visual Patent Portfolio License for the personal and non-commercial use of a consumer for (i) encoding video in compliance with the MPEG-4 Visual Standard
(«MPEG-4 Video») and/or (ii) decoding MPEG-4 Video that was encoded by a consumer engaged in a personal and non-commercial activity and/or was obtained from a video provider licensed by MPEG LA to provide MPEG-4 Video. No license is granted or
shall be implied for any other use. Additional information including that relating to promotional, internal and commercial uses and licensing may be obtained from MPEGLA, LLC. See http://www.mpegla.com.
Article 7 AVC Patent Portfolio License:
When using the SOFTWARE, you shall acknowledge that the Product is licensed under the AVC Patent Portfolio License for the personal and non-commercial use of a consumer to (i) encode video in compliance with the AVC Standard («AVC video») and/or
(ii) decode AVC video that was encoded by a consumer engaged in a personal and non-commercial activity and/or was obtained from a video provider licensed to provide AVC Video. No license is granted or shall be implied for any other use. Additional
information may be obtained from MPEG LA, LLC. See http://www.mpegla.com.
Article 8 Export Control:
You agree not to export or re-export to any country the SOFTWARE in any form without the appropriate export licenses under the laws and regulations of the country where you reside, and, if necessary, re-export licenses under the U.S. or foreign
export laws and regulations. You also agree that you shall not make use of the «SOFTWARE» for «Military Purposes.» In this Article, » Military Purposes» means the design, development, manufacture or use of any weapon including without limitation
nuclear weapon, biological weapon, chemical weapon and missiles.
Article 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. You agree that any action related to this Agreement will be brought in the District Court of Tokyo, Japan.

Интерфейс определяет способ подключения пульта управления камерой. Как правило, для управления через OSD меню используется подключение через коаксиальный кабель, по сути пульт включается в разрыв кабеля между камерой и видеорегистратором. Для управления PTZ камерами используют подключение камер по портам RS-485, RS-422.
