Displaying or Exiting VPanel What Is VPanel? VPanel is an application that allows milling machine operation on a computer screen. It has functions for outputting cutting data, performing maintenance, and making various corrections. It also displays information such as the cutting machine status and errors.

Displaying or Exiting VPanel VPanel Display in the Task Tray When the VPanel icon is displayed in the task tray, the status of a connected milling machine is always monitored. The display of the VPanel icon changes depending on the status of the milling machine. The meanings of the displays are shown below. Indicates that at least one of the connected milling machines is on (is online).

VPanel Window and Functions Intelligent Tool Control (ITC) Function Settings This machine is equipped with an Intelligent Tool Control (ITC) function. If you set the ITC function, when the milling bur being used approaches its replacement time, it is automatically switched with the next milling bur. This makes it possible to continue milling for a long time without any loss in milling quality. -

Starting Milling Mount the workpiece on the pin‑type workpiece adapter. Mounting layout examples The figure shows examples of the maximum number of workpieces that can be attached according to size. It also shows the layouts of these workpieces. Workpiece sizes are limited by the number of workpieces mounted in the machine, and the number of mountable workpieces is limited by the size of the workpieces mounted in the machine. -

Starting Milling Use a torque screwdriver to loosen the screws holding the pin‑type workpiece in position. MEMO Use the included spare screws when a screw is lost or worn. Mount the pin‑type workpiece on the pin‑type workpiece adapter. Make sure the recessed portion of the pin-type workpiece is oriented downward, align the protrusion of the pin-type workpiece adapter with this recessed portion, and then insert the workpiece all the way in. -

Фрезеровочный 5-осевой станок DWX-52D — медицинское устройство класса I, соответствующее всем медицинским и промышленным стандартам. Подходит для изготовления любой стоматологической продукции из всех популярных материалов.
Преимущества
Отлаженный процесс
Новая система фиксации и смены дисков с адаптерами позволяет быстро и надежно закрепить диск, избегая ошибок при установке дисков и снижая их повреждение. Адаптеры сохраняют визуализацию в CAM программе при повторной установке в первоначальный слот для новой либо двухэтапной фрезеровки. Кроме того адаптеры можно использовать на разных фрезерных машинах Roland, для изготовления продукции в больших объемах. Для удобства работы в станке предусмотрены встроенный контейнер для хранения и подставка для адаптеров.
Станок автоматически поддерживает чистоту на рабочем месте. При открытии передней крышки запускается процесс удаления пыли. При смене инструментов отходы удаляются в вытяжное устройство при помощи специальной кисти. При обработке PMMA ионизатор снижает образование статического электричества.
Широкие возможности
DWX-52D выполняет фрезерную обработку непрерывно благодаря 15-позиционному устройству автоматической смены инструмента (ATC) и специализированной функции, автоматически устанавливающей нужное давление воздуха в соответствии с данными об обрабатываемом материале, предоставляемыми CAM-программой.
Плавно и стабильно работающая шарико-винтовая передача обеспечивает непревзойденные результаты работы. DWX-52D одновременно вращает и наклоняет диски материала, что позволяет более точно и эффективно обрабатывать реставрации.
Простота использования
Устройство легко использовать и поддерживать в рабочем состоянии. Для смены шпинделя не требуются специальные знания или инструменты. Вместо сложных инструментов управления используется интуитивная виртуальная панель, автоматически меняющая отработанные инструменты. Для диагностики и калибровки аппарата достаточно нажать одну кнопку.
Удобное управление
Упрощенная виртуальная панель VPanel автоматически управляет инструментами, заменяя их по истечении срока службы на новые, без остановки производственного процесса. Кроме того, программу можно тонко настроить при необходимости.
Фрезер совместим со всеми современными CAD-CAM программами, сканерами и материалами.

Разнообразие возможностей и материалов
Фрезерный станок DWX-52D позволяет обрабатывать диоксид циркония, воск, PMMA, PEEK и композитные материалы, изготавливая каркасы зубных протезов, каппы, хирургические шаблоны, имплантационные балки и другую стоматологическую продукцию для имплантологии и хирургии.
Коронки
Вы можете изготовить постоянные и временные коронки, точно повторяющие анатомическую форму зубов, из диоксида циркония или композитных материалов.
Мосты
Создавайте мостовидные протезы любого размера, из любых подходящих для этого материалов, по одному либо по несколько мостов за раз.
Виниры
Возможно производство виниров из диоксида циркония, РММА, композитных полимеров и многих других материалов.
Вкладки
Пользователь может изготовить вкладки типа «инлей» и «онлей» из диоксида циркония, композитов и многих других материалов.
Колпачки
Станок позволяет производить различные колпачки для отливки конструкций или создания керамических элементов для стоматологического протезирования.
Абатменты

Скажите, пожалуйста. Возможно ли подключение к стоматологическому компрессору и какое потребление воздуха? Такое второй вопрос — нужен ли пылесос и какой?

Добрый день!
Требования к компрессору:
- Давление – от 0,3 до 1,0 МПа;
- Пропускная способность – 30 л/мин или более (для одной машины);
- Безмасляный тип для предотвращения загрязнения сжатого воздуха посторонними материалами;
- Принудительная сушка воздуха для попадания влаги, которая может вызвать ржавчину;
- Наружный диаметр шланга – 6 мм (трубка из полиуретановой смолы).

Что касается сбора пыли, то такой автоматической системы в станке не предусмотрено: пыль просто оседает на поддоне и затем её нужно убрать при помощи пылесоса. Оптимальная модель для этой цели – Renfert Silent Compact CAM.
